Does the game measure reaction speed?

Not exactly. GuessTheTime measures time estimation: your ability to feel a duration without depending on a visible clock. Reaction speed can affect the final few milliseconds, but maintaining a steady internal rhythm is the main skill.

Why does the result show milliseconds?

Milliseconds keep the displayed result consistent with scoring and make close attempts comparable. Three decimal places mean the final three digits represent thousandths of a second.

Do I need an account?

Solo Practice, Local Multiplayer, and shared custom challenges can be played without an official leaderboard account. A connected player profile is required to submit a Daily Challenge score.

Can I replay the Daily Challenge?

An account receives one official Daily Challenge attempt per day. You can continue practicing in Solo mode while waiting for the next daily challenge.

How does Local Multiplayer work?

Two to eight players share one device and take turns. Each person receives hidden-timer rounds, then the final ranking compares the combined scores. No account is required.

What is a shared challenge?

Challenge Creator lets you choose up to five targets and generate a link. Anyone opening that link plays the same target sequence, making it easy to compare results with friends.

Can I install the game?

On supported browsers, GuessTheTime can be installed as a progressive web app. The installed version launches like an app while using the same game modes and account.
