Terms of Service

These terms govern your access and use of the GuessTheTime game, leaderboard submissions, player profiles, and related services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or playing GuessTheTime (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Player profiles and accounts
To participate in Daily Challenges, you register a remembered player profile with a username and phone number:
- ✦Usernames must be unique (case-insensitively) and should be between 3 and 20 alphanumeric characters or underscores.
- ✦You are responsible for providing valid details. The Platform utilizes session cookies to keep your profile remembered.
- ✦Because this profile is remembered and not verified by OTP (One-Time Password), you acknowledge that anyone with access to your device or credentials may be able to reconnect to your profile.
- ✦We reserve the right to delete, rename, or modify usernames that are offensive, infringe on third-party rights, or impersonate other entities.
3. Fair play and score submissions
GuessTheTime is built as a skill-based precision game. To maintain a fair and competitive leaderboard for all players, you agree to the following rules:
- ✦You will play the game manually. Any use of bots, automated scripts, macros, timing tools, or software helpers is strictly prohibited.
- ✦You will not modify, spoof, or interfere with network requests submitted to the Platform API (such as daily score submissions).
- ✦Each player is limited to one (1) score submission per Daily Challenge per UTC calendar day. Attempts to play under multiple profiles to manipulate rankings are prohibited.
- ✦We actively analyze timing distributions. We reserve the right to disqualify, remove, or ban scores or profiles that show signs of automated input, request tampering, or other unfair methods.
4. Advertising and cookies
The Platform displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense, Adsterra, Monetag, and other third-party partners. We use cookies and browser storage to store user preferences (like theme or language), session records, and manage advertisement consent.
Where required, advertising choices are collected and communicated through Google's certified consent-management platform. Ad availability and personalization depend on your choices, location, and applicable law.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The materials and services on the Platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall the Platform or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Platform, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
6. Governing law and updates
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service for our website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
Any claim relating to the Platform shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the website administration, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
